Ingredients:
- 2 cups steel-cut oats
- 6 cups water (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
