  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Trim the ends of Brussels sprouts and remove any yellowed outer leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise through the stem.
  3. Toss with Seasonings: In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Roast Brussels Sprouts: Arrange Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Add Parmesan Cheese: Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, and return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts and becomes golden.
