These Quick & Easy Air Fryer Spring Rolls are a delicious and crispy appetizer or snack that are simple to make with a flavorful vegetable filling. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Filling:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cups cabbage, finely diced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1/3 cup scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • Salt + pepper to taste

Wrappers:

  • 1 packet of wonton or spring roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat up the oil and chili oil over med/high heat. Next, add in the onions, carrots, cabbage, and scallions.
  2. Add the soy sauce, sriracha, and toasted sesame seed oil. Cook for 4 mins, then add salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir and set aside.
  3. Place the spring roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add filling, roll once, fold sides in, then roll into a tight cigar shape.
  4. Air fry at 380F for 4-6 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can customize the filling with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
  • Make sure to seal the spring rolls tightly to prevent them from opening during cooking.
