These Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are a flavor explosion! Chicken Skewers:

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley (minced)

Instructions

  1. Prep and Skewer Chicken: Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Cut chicken into 3″ pieces, coat with olive oil and spices, skewer tightly.
  2. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce: Microwave butter and garlic, add red pepper flakes, hot sauce, seasonings, and parmesan. Whisk until combined.
  3. Cook The Chicken: Air-fry skewers at 400°F for 5 minutes, flip, baste with sauce, cook 2 more minutes, flip, baste again, cook 5-6 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Soaking the skewers prevents burning in the air fryer.
