Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup red onions, diced
  • 1 tbs fresh ginger, minced

Curry Base:

  • 34 tbs red curry paste
  • 1 can light coconut milk
  • 6 cups High-quality Chicken or veggie stock
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs fish sauce (optional)

Additions:

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 baby bok choy, sliced
  • 2030 Frozen dumplings
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Aromatics: Place a large pot over medium-high heat, add sesame oil, garlic, onion, and ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Curry Base: Add red curry paste, coconut milk, and stock. Bring to a boil.
  3. Season with brown sugar, salt, fish sauce. Simmer, then add bell pepper, bok choy.
  4. Add frozen dumplings, cook for 5-8 mins. Finish with lime juice, basil. Serve hot.
