  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easier clean up.
  2. Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Wash, peel, and chop the sweet potatoes into ½-inch cubes. Ensure they are of uniform size for even cooking. You should have about 6 cups.
