Sweet Potatoes:
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes (peeled and chopped into ½ inch cubes)
Seasoning:
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
