  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the kielbasa: Cut the kielbasa into 1-inch slices, straight down cuts.
  2. Add to slow cooker: Place the sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker.
  3. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, and brown sugar.
  4. Add sauce to slow cooker: Pour the sauce over the kielbasa in the slow cooker.
  5. Stir: Gently stir to coat the kielbasa evenly with the sauce.
  6. Cook: Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or on LOW for 5 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. The longer cooking time allows the kielbasa to absorb the flavors of the sauce.
