Dressing:
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Salad:
- 16 ounce bag of coleslaw mix
- 1/2 small red onion (thinly sliced)
- Prepare the Dressing: In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, dijon mustard, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Prepare the Coleslaw: Pat the coleslaw mix dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Add the mix and red onions to the dressing bowl. Toss until well coated.
- Serve: Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving. Toss once more before serving if necessary.
