  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Salad:

  • 16 ounce bag of coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 small red onion (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dressing: In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, dijon mustard, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Prepare the Coleslaw: Pat the coleslaw mix dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Add the mix and red onions to the dressing bowl. Toss until well coated.
  3. Serve: Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving. Toss once more before serving if necessary.
