2 tablespoons olive oil

2 garlic cloves, smashed

Haunted Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce:
1/4 cup bourbon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the steak: Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side. Add butter, garlic, and fresh herbs in the last minute of cooking. Rest the steaks covered with foil.
Make the haunted bourbon garlic cream sauce: In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Pour in bourbon and let it simmer.
Add the cream and seasonings: Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
