- ⅓ cup monkfruit sweetener (70 g/2.5 oz)
- ⅓ cup cornstarch (40 g/1.4 oz)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Separate Egg Whites: Separate yolks from egg whites ensuring no yolk leaks into whites.
- Beat Egg Whites: Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
