Pasta:

  • 16 ounces pasta

Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Veggies:

  • ¾ cup cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • ¾ cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup pitted and sliced kalamata olives
  • ½ cup green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped or thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain, and rinse with cold water. Toss with a drizzle of olive oil.
