Sweet Potato Toast:
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes
- olive or avocado oil to coat
- sprinkle of salt
Toppings:

- Preheat the Oven: If using the oven, preheat it to 425 degrees.
- Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Cut off the ends of the sweet potato. Stand it upright and cut in half lengthwise. Slice one half into long, uniform slices about 1/4 inch thick.
- Coat with Oil: Lightly toss or brush the sweet potato slices with oil on both sides.
- Bake: If baking, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the slices in a single layer. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes until tender, then broil each side for 5 minutes.
- Airfry: If airfrying, cook at 375 degrees for 10 minutes (adjust if needed). Ensure they are in a single layer and flip halfway through.
- Storage: Freeze the cooked slices in a single layer and store in a sealed bag or container for up to 3 months. Reheat by toasting or airfrying.
