Chicken:
- 1 large chicken breast (cut into ½-inch x 1-inch pieces)
Rice:
- 2 cups white rice (rinsed well and drained)
Vegetables:

- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ cup ketchup
Seasoning:
