Ingredients

Scale

Chocolate Base

  • 24 ounces white chocolate chips (or bars)

Candy Melts

  • 3 ounces green candy melts
  • 3 ounces red candy melts

Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles (or as much or little as you like)
  • 2 tablespoons Christmas M&M’s (or as much or little of any candy as you like)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a large baking sheet with a Silpat mat or parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
  2. Melt Candy Melts: Pour the green and red candy melts into separate smaller heat-proof bowls.
  3. Boil Water: Bring two pots of water to a boil—one large and one small—for the double boiler setup.
  4. Heat Candy Melts: Place each bowl of candy melts over the smaller pot so the bowl is above but not touching the water. Stir often as they melt to a smooth consistency, then set aside.
  5. Melt White Chocolate: Place the white chocolate chips in a larger heat-proof bowl over the larger pot of boiling water, ensuring the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir frequently until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  6. Spread White Chocolate: Using a silicone or offset spatula, spread the melted white chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  7. Apply Candy Melts: Drop spoonfuls of the melted red and green candy melts all over the white chocolate layer.
  8. Swirl Colors: Use toothpicks to gently swirl the candy melts together, creating a marbled festive effect.
  9. Add Toppings: Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles and M&M’s evenly over the swirled white chocolate for added color and texture.
  10. Set the Bark: Refrigerate the baking sheet for approximately 30 minutes, or allow it to set at room temperature for about 2 hours until firm.
  11. Cut into Pieces: Once set, use a knife to cut the bark into roughly 16 festive-sized pieces, ready to serve or package as gifts.

Notes

  • If preferred, candy melts can be melted in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring well between each until smooth.
  • Use a Silpat mat or parchment paper to easily remove the bark once set.
  • Adjust the amount of sprinkles and candies to your preference for texture and appearance.
  • Store the finished bark in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
