  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Topping:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing or lining with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Add Ingredients: Stir in mushrooms, Swiss cheese, bacon, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Shape and Bake: Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the pan. Spread ketchup over the top.
  5. Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
